this scene is so perfect, the lighting and choreography accompany the music perfectly. it's the first moment we really can understand layla as a character, and sort of what she's about. up to this point, and even after to some extent, there's not much to her character for us to latch onto. this is the most we get, and it's done without dialogue. perfection.
